Toronto Hit By Transit Disruption Due to power outage

Power problem affecting Toronto subway
Toronto residents are braving the cold weather to board shuttle buses as North bound trains between Bloor and St Andrew stations are suspended .

The issue is caused by an overnight power Vault fire around Young and Richmond .

Dundas (505) spadina(510) and 504 street cars are diverting .
Toronto Transit Comission (TTC ) tweeted that it is unclear how long the issue will persist .
As many as 130 shuttle buses are deployed in areas affected by power outage .
Police advises Toronto residents to take extra caution and give extra time for their morning commute.
The TTC crew are trying to restore power .

Taxi companies are trying to fill the gap . Beck taxi said it is using all available cabs.
