The Ethiopian origin Canadian artist Abel Tesfaye, A.K.A The Weeknd is leading the Canadian Juno Award .
The weeknd received six nods in the Junos including artist of the year , best single of the year and album of the year for his Beauty Behind the Madness .
CBC reported that The Toronto R&B star is now leading the nominations followed by Drake and Justin Bieber .
The Juno awards is an annual Canadian music award presented to those who showed excellence in the music industry .
The weeknd( Abel Tesfaye,) is also nominated for the Grammy Award expected to take place on February 15 .
