At the Canadian JUNO awards, The weeknd won Artist of the Year and R&B/Soul Recording of the Year for his song “Often.

The movie tops movie charts for weeks.
The weeknd wins best artist for the last two years in a row. Abel Tesfaye writes his own songs and mostly focuses on sex, drug, and desire.
At the JUNO Awards on Saturday, Abel Tesfaye( The weeknd) thanked all those who work in his XO recording label.
The weeknd was born in Canada and has received honors including the MTV award and Alanslaight award for the Canada Walk of fame.
He collaborated with artists like Drake, Ariana Grande, Wiz Khalifa and French Montana.
Other notable winners of the Canadian JUNO awards include Kiesza as the breakthrough artist of the year.
The JUNO awards honors those who excel in the Canadian Music industry and is hosted in Hamilton Ontario.
